Our Counselor

Candice Arnold is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 15 years of experience providing therapy services.  As a Northern Virginia native, Candice understands the fast paced and competitive lifestyle in our area and is dedicated to providing quality services to those who seek to better navigate the high demands of daily life.

Education & Ex

Candice received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clemson University. She then received a Master’s of Professional Counseling from the University of Georgia.  

Candice has provided counseling services in various therapeutic settings over the past 15 + years. She began her professional career in Georgia, where she provided theraputic services in an outpatient county mental health facility and an adult inpatient stabilization and detoxification unit. Simultaneously, Candice served as a Clinical Director and therapist to a weekend Intensive Outpatient Program for adults seeking treatment for Substance Use Disorders. In Virginia, Candice has facilitated individual, couples, family and group therapy in a residential treatment facility, as well as at an outpatient program that included Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.

Specialty Licensing

In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, Candice is also a Virginia Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner and a Virginia board approved Clinical Supervisor for residents in counseling.

Memberships

Candice is a member of the board of the Northern Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor Association.

Other

In her free time, Candice enjoys spending time with her family, taking hikes with her dog, cooking, and of course, rooting for the Clemson Tigers. Go Tigers!!!
